It's coming! Let's prepare for the zoning code update ✅

Join our spring update and training session in preparation for the zoning code update.

Wednesday, March 27 from 6pm to 7:30pm

We’re looking to get around 20 pro-housing minds in a room to prepare for the coming updates to the City of Columbus zoning code, as well as discuss action for housing reform. This event is an opportunity to meet others in the pro-housing community, plan for advocacy, and discuss specific policies.

Due to limited capacity, registration is required.

Today at 5:30pm: Council Hearing on Zone In Initiative Procedure

This evening at 5:30pm, there will be a public hearing to review and comment on the proposed amendments to Chapter 3310 and related sections of the Zoning Code at Council Chambers (90 W. Broad St.).

These amendments set the procedural steps that will be required to codify changes to the zoning map as the Zone In Initiative proceeds. A draft proposal for Phase 1—the corridor phase of the code update—is expected to be released for public comment in April. We encourage you to attend or watch the livestream!
